A KLEVER GUIDE TO YOUR CRYPTO JOURNEY

Hello reader!! this article has been a long time coming but here it is finally. And what better timing than a new year! A new year gives one the opportunity to have a new mindset and makes one open to new challenges and experiences. This article is going to do its best to breakdown how you can identify the path best fit for you in your crypto journey, as indeed the advent of crypto currencies is the dawn of a new financial era. I hope this article provides the education you need to begin your journey to financial freedom. Have a nice read and stay Klever!
Understanding crypto
While the term "crypto" may immediately spawn thoughts like "get rich quick" it is not exactly what cryptocurrencies were originally invented for (It’s just something that happens along the line). The anonymous inventor of the first cryptocurrency Bitcoin, introduced Bitcoin in the first white paper as "A peer-to-peer electronic cash system using a peer-to-peer network as a solution to the problem of double spending". [In this essay, we won’t address these technicalities. We will just go straight into business. Maybe some other time we can breakdown how Cryptocurrencies work and their economic implications].
There are all kinds of people in the cryptosphere, some of them are; Those who just want to get rich off the next popular "shit coin" or "meme coin" (these are coins that have no intended or defined use case and are created for fun or to get rich), There are also those who want to take advantage of the volatility of the market and earn many happy returns on their daily trades. There’s those who buy the ideas of a project and choose to invest in it. And finally, those who see a particular coin as a store of value for the preservation of their wealth. Below are some of the various roles one can play as an investor in today’s cryptosphere. Note that, only knowledge about your particular role may necessarily be required, as total knowledge about all cryptoprojects and everything crypto may not be achieved in one read(may as well go get a degree in blockchain and cryptonomics LOL).
1. DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging): This kind of investment is best fit for those who have a steady source of income or a savings plan and want that income to yield returns after a stipulated time of deposit. This means that the investor may choose to deposit 500 naira every month for a period of six months and is expecting a yield over the cumulative deposit of 3000 naira after the six months expires. DCA mat extend however the investor wishes. The tricky thing here is choosing a coin that is capable of having more positive uptrend than negative over the stipulated time. The two coins I often advice friends to invest in whenever they want to take this path in crypto are Bitcoin (BTC) and Klever(KLV). I for one personally use Klever as the current Market cap (total value of coins in circulation) gives me a greater advantage over DCA in BTC. There are various testimonies concerning the DCA method. I once watched a YouTube video of a man who did a DCA for 200k naira and had a cumulative of 14M naira at the end of his 12month span. The best wallet to manage a DCA portfolio is the Klever wallet. It’s a military grade secured cold wallet which virtually means it’s hacker proof and your funds can only be controlled by you. This Wallet in particular was built to carry everyone along and hence, has a very simple user interface and satisfying design (which is quite uncommon as most crypto apps are usually very complex to understand at first sight). Download the Klever wallet with this link https://klever.page.link/wPxN6uiGz4CjPLyV9 and use this referral Id CTYP75 to begin your crypto journey.
2. STAKING: This is one of the greatest advantage of cryptocurrecies over traditional banking and fiat. Staking is a feature where by and investor deposits a specific amount and earns an agreed ROI(return on investment) after a year. Traditional banking has a feature similar to this but comes with strict terms and conditions that are almost impossible to meet. Some may require you make zero withdrawals for a month and you earn 0.1% on your deposit. This is quite laughable as cryptocurrecies offer better ROI and also have the advantage of increasing in value over time. For example; If you staked 1000 units of KLV at 20 naira for a 10% interest per year, you get 1100 units of KLV at the end, but the price of Klever has increased over this time to a value of 100 naira per KLV instead of 20 naira like the previous way. So at the initial, your portfolio was valued at 20,000 naira and at the end of the staking period, your portfolio is now valued at 110,000 naira. No traditional bank could do this for you only the right cryptocurrecy could. Staking is currently available for Tronics (TRX) at 6% per annum, Klever (KLV) at 8% per annum and Devikins(DVK) at 10% per annum. All of which are great projects with strong fundamentals and can also be found here on the Klever app; https://klever.page.link/wPxN6uiGz4CjPLyV9 refID CTYP75.
NB: Other forms of staking may include: yield farming, running nodes, providing liquidity e.t.c but these methods aren’t exactly for newbies and would require extensive reading and research on the project you want to invest in.
3.TRADING: Well, you may have heard money is never truly gets lost in crypto as "whatever goes down must surely go up" (pretty sure that’s the right adage). Well in crypto trading you could get eaten for breakfast (not even served this time around). This is actually that part of crypto investment where money is lost for good. It is not a scare but a fact. To be a successful trader, one has to acquire premium knowledge of Fundamental Analysis (FA), Technical Analysis (TA) and also have a market strategy carefully designed to suit the traders unique needs or prospects. The people who have a better advantage of succeding in this are people experienced in Forex trading or Stock trading. I advise that to thrive successfully as a trader, one needs to pick up the books, watch tutorials online, take courses (either physical or online) and if possible have a mentor. Most importantly one must be free from hypertension and have a tight grip on his/her sanity before setting out to the task of crypto trading (Or better still you can just use trading bots to make steady profits if you can afford it though). KleverEx is the fastest and easiest exchange to begin with as a crypto trader. I also recommend KuCoin as they’re notable for listing quality projects on their exchange. Input KuCoin ref link.
4. ICO INVESTOR: This investment is basically for the "Big boys". ICO stands for Initial Coin Offering. This is a private sale of a particular token or coin before it is listed to be traded in exchanges or wallets. This investment may only be open to those who have a starting bid of 0.1btc (about 4,324 USD) and above. It also has limited units to be purchased during the sale. It may be auctioned or issued on a first come first serve basis. It could also be earned by burning a particular coin(burning is a process of discarding coins or tokens). ICO’s have the potential to be listed at x10 or x100 the price they were issued during the private sales. So yes, the rich also get richer through this means. Nevertheless, some ICO’s are also issued as airdrops and may be locked up for a stipulated period to prevent recipients from dumping it all on the market upon listing. To find projects with ICO’s you would want to surf Twitter, Reddit and Telegram. But also meticulously do your research so you don’t fall victim to the many scams out there.
5. LONG TERM HOLDER: Long term holding is a form of investment whereby bulk units of a particular coin is acquired and sold at a determined future price or are just simply held for a stipulated period e.g 5years. We get to see more long term hodlers enter the market as people have now seen that the more units of a cryptocurrecy you acquire increases your odds of achieving your set financial goals faster. This is what many hopeful young persons use as an investment strategy. It was done with Doge Coin, Shiba Inu and now with Wakanda-Inu( the first African meme token). This token is currently being acquired in millions and billions in high hopes it eventually gets to 1 naira valuation per token which eventually makes them millionaires and billionaires at that future price. This is hilariously possible and also true as we can see the testimonies of the earlier Bitcoiners. Many became millionaires by acquiring bulk units of BTC and watching its price rise over the years. One of the benefits of long term holding is getting to mentally zone out from the psychological stress that comes with the volatility of the crypto market. Having full conviction that your targets have been set as predetermined goals would be achieved in the future. My advice for this kind of investment is to find projects that have a good team and wonderful use case which will give you an assurance that you prospects would inevitably be achieved as it was for the early Bitcoiners. You can become a long term Klever of today by simply downloading the Klever wallet app and staking your holdings today https://klever.page.link/wPxN6uiGz4CjPLyV refID CTYP75.
In conclusion, it is imperative you fully understand this shift in the paradigm of finances and take full advantage of the opportunities it presents before it is too late. If you ask me, I’d say becoming a millionaire off cryptocurrecies is just by the way. The objective should be for you to take a front seat in understanding the future of finance.
